18 things to do when you’re feeling lonely
Today, most of us are in self-isolation and that can feel pretty lonely.
So I wanted to give you some ideas to make the weekends, weeknights and weekdays more fun for you.
Here are 18 ideas that I shared with my group last week.
They loved them and have told me that life is feeling less lonely when they put at least one or two in practice every day.
Keep in mind that you might have to be the one to make the effort to make it happen.
I promise it will be well worth it.
1. Virtually connect with your family 1-2 times a week. Get a Zoom or Skype account. Both are free or use FaceTime or Google Duo.
2. Schedule Virtual Happy Hour Calls with friends to catch up.
3. If you like to play games, download an app called House Party.
4. There are lots of classes, plays, theater you can get online. Google them. Many are free.
